- Work alongside you to present and stage your property.
- We absolutely do not hurry our shoots. Our intent is to capture your place in all its many moods and at different times of the day.
- Recommend staging your rental with only the amenities that are included in the home, with the exception of fresh flowers.
- Suggest that dining and lanai tables be set for an intimate or family dinner.
- We like filling up all bathtubs and recommend small floral arrangements or loose flowers for the photo shoot.
- Pre-shoot checklist. We send you a checklist before the shoot, to help you get on top of things.

Full-Day Photography
- 25+ Architectural Still Photographs

- Optional: Edited Property Video is an additional $300
- May Include Day, Sunset, and Night Photography

We can take photographs, and create virtual tours and videos separately per client needs. Separate Pricing:
- Virtual Tours – $255 per scene
- Photos – $135 each
- Aerial Photography is an additional $250
- Edited Property Video is an additional $300
- PanaViz only provides aerial and video photography with a property photo shoot.
